A new illustrated introduction to the principles and applications of Huna. Practical exercises are given to meet each of the three selves, and to gradually develop their latent abilities for health and prosperity. Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) are introduced to effectively eliminate negative emotions (fear, anxiety, stress, phobias, addictions, guilt, depression, etc.) and clear the path to the High Self. Since the time of Max Freedom Long, clearing the path to the High Self has remained one the most difficult problems. TFT/EFT constitute a new scientific discovery based on ancient Chinese acupuncture, but without needles. It is a simple self-help method that stimulates the body's end meridian points and releases the mana attached to a negative emotion in the Low self, thus facilitating inner peace and contact with the High Self. Well researched by Sergio E. Serrano, Ph.D. a university professor and a widely published scientist.
